CAHI Releases 'America's Affordable Health Reform Plan'
Alexandria, VA -- Today, the Council for Affordable Health Insurance (CAHI) released "America's Affordable Health Reform Plan: A Common-Sense Solution." This publication builds on the shorter version that was released in March.
With more and more emphasis being given to comprehensive health care reform -- just today the news is reporting that Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-MA) is instructing his staff to begin discussions about comprehensive reform -- CAHI wants to ensure that the public and the politicians have good reform ideas in front of them.
This longer version adds important explanations and expansions on CAHI's eight points, as well as a discussion of what will happen if the country is pushed in the wrong direction.
